Hunting Dog, Hunt Test and Field Trial Training Details Below

Puppy Training: (Junior Hunter and Puppy and Derby Field Trial levels) We take dogs as early as 4 months old which includes introduction to birds, shot, turning and recall.  Puppies will progress to pointing and are permitted to chase birds with no pressure.  Cost is $500.00 per month we provide food and kennel recommended 2 month minimum.

Intermediate Training:  (Senior Hunter Level) This is designed for dogs that are ready to progress from puppy training and will include collar conditioning, pointing and controlled chase and building the blocks for finish training to stop to shot and flush.  Cost is $600.00 per month we provide food and kennel and additional  cost goes to time and birds. Recommend 3 months.

Advanced Training:   (Master Hunter, Gun Dog,  Shooting Dog, and All Age Dog)  We take dogs that have demonstrated an intermediate level and progress to a finished dog that will stand its birds flush and shot and retrieve.  Making them a polished bird dog you will be proud of.  Not all dogs will be able to reach the advanced levels to be successful at the highest level.  Cost is $600.00  per month we provide food and kennel and additional cost goes to  additional time and birds.  Recommend 3 month minimum.

Finished Training:   (Master Hunter, Gun Dog, Shooting Dog, and  All Age Dog)  This training is designed for dogs that will be competing in trials and will emphasize proper etiquette, on birds for point, flush, and retrieve if required.  Training for style, run and conditioning to the proper level of competition.  Cost  $500.00 per month, plus (travel cost, entry fees and handler fee for events.
